Homosexuality is against our Indian culture...

The Bijrang Sena youth beckoned two young boys talking to each other at the library.  The boys were fond of each other and loved each others company. Their relationship was known to the entire college.

The Bijrang Sena youth slapped both of them and told, 'Homosexuality is against our Indian culture.'

The two boys quickly ran out of the library. They both were visibly hurt as they only craved for acceptance but the society rejected them.

The Bijrang Sena youth later logged into Facebook and got amazed by the rainbow dp that symbolised Gay Pride support. He was mighty impressed by it.

Moments later, he quickly changed his display photo reflecting the Gay Pride colours and wrote a caption - ' I support Gays and Lesbians. '

Girl Child Vs Boy Child

Mahabir Phogat, a former Wrestling champion had lots of dreams on his eyes but unfortunately, he bowed down to family pressure and couldn't fulfil his dreams.
He thought that only a boy could fulfil his dream. But slowly his dreams started getting dimmed when his wife delivered four girls.

Even at that moment, Mahabir Phogat was of the opinion that only a guy could win a Gold medal for India at the  International stage.

But one day his daughters thrashed a boy who abused them. This event led to Mahabir Phogat's Hruday Parivartan ( change of heart)

Imagine if this event hadn't happened like the Phogat sisters didn't go to school or something like that. In that case, Mr. Phogat would still be craving for a boy child to fulfil his dream.

But anyways rest is history. So, it's Okay, Mr Phogat. But I appreciate the efforts you spent in your daughters. Good job done!

Girl or a boy is decided by your Y chromosomes. You can't bribe your sperm by asking it to carry a Y chromosome. Whatever it be, be happy with it. It's your child. Be it, girl or boy - embrace and love them equally.

Freedom of Expression

A group of artists and economists returned their awards recently to protest the recent hateful incidents happening in the country.
Every opinion that the liberals provided were termed as Freedom of expression by the mainstream media.

A firebrand Hindu nationalist leader made some not-so-soothing but a valid comment about the Muslim community. The mainstream media soon branded the nationalist leader as a hate monger and termed his speech as a hate speech.

But as per the Indian constitution, everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression.

Electronic Voting Machine

'We strongly object the use of the electronic voting machines in any kind of elections,' the leader of the Common Man Party said at the Press conference.

The Common Man Party had fared badly at a recently held state elections where they expected to win by a huge landslide. The leader of the Common Man Party who also happens to be the Chief Minister of the capital city conveyed his concerns that usage of the Electronic Voting machines has dimmed their chances to form the government in a north Indian state.

'So what are your thoughts on the elections held in the Capital city where the Common Man Party won 67 out of the 70 seats?' the journalist asked and continued, ' Even the Electronic Voting machines were used at that election.'

The Leader of the Common Man Party got irked by the question and abruptly left the press conference.

Don't Spit here

"Indians should learn a lot from the Americans, see there," he said, pointing his fingers towards the tobacco stained walls.
"Don't you think so?" he asked me.
He looked at it in disgust and walked towards the corner of the road.
"Vhaaak Thoooo!" He cleared his throat.
Stunned, I  said, "Really?"

Cleavage and Women's day

The Times India recently glorified the Women Achievers in India by posting a collage of successful women on the very first page of their news daily.

'Actress Deepti's cleavage steals the show at the Bollywood Fame awards 2017,' read the headlines on the second page of the Times India newspaper.

Break and Bang

The Kiwis decimated South Africa in the first Semi-final of the ICC Cricket World Cup, denying their entry to reach the finals.

South African fans at home - "We are proud of our team and its okay they lost but they were real fighters and reaching the semi-finals of a prestigious tournament itself is an achievement.

Indian fans at home - "South Africa deserved to win and they are true champions. We respect the way they played and admired each of their matches.  Thanks for the wonderful matches, AB Devilliers, Morkel, Steyn and the entire South African team. We would have loved to see them play India in the finals"

Two days later, India was humbled by the Australian team in the 2nd Semi-final of the ICC Cricket world cup.  It was a humiliating defeat.

Same Indian fans at home broke star batsman Virat Goli's restaurant. A group of unidentified men tossed stones at the Captain Dony's  house at Ranchi. Some of them burnt Spin bowlers Aswan's car at Chennai.
The Indian government has provided Z level security to the homebound Cricketers.

Atithi Devo Bhava

The father - son duo stormed inside the Taj Mahal on a balmy Sunday. The little boy ran towards the central pool and his father chased him.

'Stop,' the harried father screamed.
The boy paused and his eyes came across a placard - 'Atithi Devo Bhava'
He asked his father about it.

'Atithi Devo Bhava means that Guests are equivalent to God and we should treat them with the highest respect.' His father said to which the boy nodded his head in agreement.

There was a loud babble of voices and a large mob surrounded a tall American citizen who was arguing with a taxi driver.
'Oh my God! Look at that   West Indian,' the Father said to his son.
'Where?' the son asked.

'Arey, see that Negro, blackie over there,' he pointed and said,'so tall no.'
The little boy looked straight into his eyes and recollected what his father said minutes ago.
